Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce Refund Policy

Chamber Events

With the exception of mixer events, reservations require payment unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the event. You must notify the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce at least two working days before the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for late cancelations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no cost.

Networking Events require payment at the door or in advance.  No cancelation is needed if you are paying at the door.  If you have registered online and paid in advance you can receive a refund by canceling at least 48 hours prior to the event.

We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Membership Dues

Payment for membership dues in the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year.  Membership dues are not refundable.


The Chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorship.

Advertisement Opportunities

No refunds are available once an advertisement is scheduled.
