  • Make it Easy for New Customers to Find You: When shopping, customers will be able to go to ShopLocalCHQ and search for items they’re interested in across multiple local stores. They can also browse local businesses and products from the comfort and safety of their own home. This is the difference between having your own standalone website (where people have to be looking specifically for your business) and being part of the ShopLocalCHQ marketplace where new customers can find you by browsing or searching for products like yours. 
  • Benefit from Advanced Marketing and Customer Data: ShopLocalCHQ will be integrated with the Chamber’s Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to track website visitors and purchases, and to collect customer data. The Chamber will track anyone who visits a certain shop, certain product category, buys a certain item, etc. and then retarget them with relevant ads and products on Facebook, Google, via targeted email campaigns, and more! You currently have no way of targeting ads at people who visit stores or websites similar to yours, but now we can help you reach interested customers who have visited similar businesses.

​Start Selling Online With the Chamber of Commerce

The Chautauqua County Shop Where I Live website is ready for you to sell online! As a reminder, the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce has invested in this site as a resource for our members to sell together online, and make it easy for the consumer to buy local, online.
 
Digital retailing is an essential part of running a business in today's times, and with the COVID-19 pandemic still a factor in our community, it's important to provide ways for consumers to support local businesses from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
 
Each business will have its own shop within the platform to sell products, services, gift cards, virtual products, to-go orders, and more. There’s no commission on orders, with a processing fee of 2.9% + $.30 per transaction (similar to most in-store processing).
 
Please register your business at the link below. This service is provided as part of your membership investment in the Chamber of Commerce. There is no extra cost for Chamber members to sell on the platform.
